こんにちは。タマラと申します。アメリカ出身です。
家族や友人からは、研究熱心で深く考えるタイプだと言われています。私は昔から、日本の文化的価値観や、集団の調和や協調性を重んじる伝統に強く惹かれてきました。これらの価値観には多くの良い面がある一方で、社会的なプレッシャーを生むこともあると知り、より深く学びたいと感じました。
そんな中、まさにこのような課題に取り組んでいるコンサルティング会社「Bulldozer」でインターンをする機会をいただき、とても興味を持ちました。
会社について調べ、面接でCEOとお話をする中で、「アート思考（Art Thinking）」という考え方に強く魅力を感じました。それぞれの個人が自分の強みを活かすことで、より強い組織を作ることができるという発想に感銘を受けました。
日本には「三人寄れば文殊の知恵」ということわざがあります。
これは文字通り「三人集まれば文殊の知恵が出る」という意味で、アメリカで言う「Two heads are better than one（ふたりで考えたほうがいい）」に近い表現です。
ブルドーザーは、企業が抱える課題やギャップを、実証されたコンサルティング技術とコミュニケーションを通じて解決へと導き、組織の発展をサポートしています。
私はこのブルドーザーでの仕事に責任を持ち、自分の研究スキルを活かして成長しながら、人々が「理想の未来の自分」に近づくためのお手伝いをし、結果的にその企業自体が「理想の未来」に向かって進めるよう貢献したいと思っています。
一人ひとりが強くなれば、私たちはもっと強くなれるのです。

Hello, my name is Tamara. I’m from the United States.
I am known by my family and friends as a researcher and deep thinker. I have always been fascinated by Japanese cultural values and traditions, especially those that emphasize group harmony and conformity. I’ve read that these values can have many positive aspects, but they can also lead to societal pressures.
When I was given the opportunity to intern at Bulldozer—a consulting firm that helps companies address exactly these kinds of challenges—I was intrigued. As I researched the company and spoke with the CEO during my interview, I became even more fascinated by the concept of art thinking, and how encouraging individuals to focus on their unique strengths can ultimately help build a stronger organization.
A Japanese saying goes: 三人寄れば文殊の知恵
This literally translates to: “Three people together have the wisdom of Buddha.”
In the United States, we might say: “Two heads are better than one.” Bulldozer bridges organizational gaps through consultation and communication, using proven techniques to support a company’s development and growth.
I look forward to taking ownership of my work here at Bulldozer, using my research skills to grow both personally and professionally. I want to contribute to a company that helps others reach their ideal future selves—and in doing so, help those companies reach their ideal futures as well.
